My name is Bethany Thompson. I’m an author (publishing as B. M. Thompson) living in Seattle, Washington with my sometimes-bearded husband.
I grudgingly acknowledge that my uncle was correct when he said Seattle fits me because I can be kind of “gloomy.” After all, the quintessential writer has to be darkly pensive sometimes, right?
When I’m not writing about fantasy worlds, you’ll find me outside in the real world adventuring and climbing all the rocks. When I’m not outside, I’m haunting coffee shops and scouring my local breweries for tasty stouts.
Although I’m constantly jotting down stories of all shapes and colors, my principle work is an epic fantasy called the Wasteland World trilogy. The first two books, Legend of the Stone and People of the Stone are available now!
